The "top" poker room in Vegas is Bellagio, without a doubt. Comfy chairs, great looking waitresses, top notch dealers, and tough players. Bellagio is also the home of "the big game" which is the one all the top pros love to play in.
Best cheap tournament - Sahara has a multi-table tournament that's $40 with a $20 rebuy. Usually a tournament with that small a buy-in will accelerate the blinds quickly so that the tournament doesn't last too long. Sahara doesn't do that.
Best variety - The Orleans
Most beatable game - Excalibur and Monte Carlo are two good ones if you want to make money, or at least not lost too much.
Loosest game - The Palms has some serious lunatics playing in their game.
Most comfortable room - The Venetian is roomy, comfy, and not all that crowded.
Binion's is great if you don't mind crowded rooms full of smoke. Yeah, it's where it all started, so you might as well go look at it once. After that, the game's not that great.
The Luxor is uncomfortable, cramped, and located in an awkward spot. Their tournaments go too fast to be any fun.
Overall, if you're going to go play some serious poker, the Bellagio is the major leagues of Vegas poker. If you're looking to relax and have a good time I suggest Monte Carlo.

That is a tricky question. What kind of Poker room are you looking for? If you are looking for big names / celebrity players the higher stakes rooms are the place to be. Something like the Wynn or Bellagio. Ceasars is pretty big as well. If you are looking for something more for lower tier players, somewhere to get good experience, the try some of the smaller casinos. I has some good luck with the tables at the Luxor and Tropicana. A good mix is the poker room at the Mirage. You can get a reasonable priced sit 'n go there.

The Venetian actually has the final poker internet site on the Strip. this is spacious and that they've all styles of video games and barriers. The Bellagio is effective, yet is very crowded. The Mirage isn't fairly as crowded and is effective too. Downtown, I basically play on the Golden Nugget.

In Las Vegas, the word "Best" has many meanings.
What are we comparing or wanting to know?
Best bets? best comps? Best viewing? best tables? Best $10,000 buy in's. Best $1.00 buy ins??
Wynn is best for watching, unless they opened up bobby's room at the bellagio. these rooms you can watch the "best" players bet more in one hand than your house is worth.
