I'm looking for potassium cyanide in a small quantity (15 g or less). I would like to know where it's available, how much it costs, and if it can be shipped worldwide.
Are there any websites that I can get it from? Again, I'm not looking for a lot.
Also, Im looking to get some hydrochloric acid.

Why would you be looking for the exact chemical combination used to create hydrogen cyanide to kill people in the gas chamber?
15g is more than enough to kill you dead.
The only industrial use for potassium cyanide that I can think of is for hardening metals. You could try a metalworking shop.
Depending on how strong of HCl you need, you can use muratic acid which is nothing more than weak HCl. Sales of strong HCl solutions are restricted and you would have to obtain from a lab.
A little word of warning, do not expose the potassium cyanide to:
acids
heat
sunlight
UV light
IR light
It is some seriously nasty stuff.
