Not always, but at the very least you'll have realized your potential which will cause good things to happen.

oh and keep in mind that the most important thing is not the destination, but the journey.

Yes, and hard work too. I am older and over the years many of my dreams have come true (marriage, kids, money, success). Just make sure your dreams are really what you want. Sometimes we wish for things that in the end are not good for us. Lay out your lifes plan and then work toward a good future. Chasing dreams is not always the best for your life. God may have another plan for you. So dig down deep when writing your life plan.
Example:
You may have dreams to marry Tom Hanks but no matter how hard you perist or how ambitious you are you will not marry Tom Hanks.
Or if your dream is to live in Turkey someday and marry a Prince no matter how hard you work at it this will not happen.

They are unrealistic goals. Like chasing rainbows and the pot of gold.

Make sure your plan is realistic and the best for you and then I day go for it.

Oh my gosh I hope so. I think making dreams come true has more to do with being goal oriented and being willing to work toward your goals. It has always worked for me. Just keeping my eyes on the prize (even when I hit a rough patch or back slide) gets me where I want to be every time. Good luck.

Perhaps... it depends on how badly you want your dreams. Are they realistic? If it was my dream to win the lotto, it's still a dream based on chance, no matter how many tickets I purchase. If my dream is to have a house... that is a totally attainable dream.

But, people thange. Desires, and motivations change... often. What if you realize that your dream is not what you want... The dream is replaced by another; thus the cycle continues.

Not unless you have a plan. A step by step procedure as to how each required goal is to be attained. And then you've got to stick to it, come hell or high water. If your plan was accurate, you'll realize your dreams. If not, you'll will probably at least attained a few of your goals. Beware of life! It can steal your dreams.

I would say yes to a certain extent. I don't doubt that with persistence goals are attained however, one must be careful. Dreams often change and turn to nightmares.

I would say it at least increases the chances of your dreams coming true, assuming the dreams are realistic. However, there are no givens in life. You can work your butt off, and still not fulfill a dream.

Unfortunately, no.
You need a bit of luck as well, as your success will also depend on other people.
