YEAH RIGHT!!

Everyone sues everyone else nowadays for no reason at all. GET OVER IT. You won't win anyways....just because they didn't have a wheelchair ready for you and they were rude? Come on...what a load of bollocks.

If you really want to sue them in the US, the first step would be to locate their domestic Agent for Service of Process. They have to have one somewhere, even if it is the Secretary of the State where they registered to do business here.

However, you're going to have some problems. One, the events occurred in France, the proper place to litigate them would be France.

Two, you must have had a pre-existing condition if you needed a wheelchair, so just how much of your current condition is the fault of an air carrier not providing a gratuitous service is doubtful.

Three, while you can probably get an American court to take Judicial Notice (meaning no proof is necessary) of the fact that French people are rude, you probably cannot get any kind of damages for that as you voluntarily went to France.

I would advise you to go buy a "France sucks" bumper sticker and leave it at that.
