it would suck big ones becase during winter you would move very slow

They would have died of cold temp. or high temp. as thier body temp would not be constant and would decrease or increase alongwith the surroundings.
Moreover you will have to go for hibernation to save your lives.
And there will be a lot of changes which you will have to perform to survive.

we would be much lazier (most of our days would be spent trying to maintain temp)...we definetly couldn't tan (we'd overheat and die)...we couldn't be in the cold too long (we'd freeze and die)..we wouldnt have hair...it would suck!
