fotenote: there are no best rappers of all-time that will ever come from the south... good rappers, but not all-time rappers

best rapper has to be jay-z, his flow is infectious
dre is not really a rapper more of a producer and his **** is hott
eminem is one of the great freestylers
pac and biggie are great too but since their life was cut short we dont know how they woulda done given more time
pac was more of a poet while biggie was staright free style
