We know the opposite of black is white but what about the other colors?? you don't have to name them all. just like the basic colors??

I think the opposite of other colors are the ones that are combined to make other colors. Ex: Yellow & Green make Blue....so Yellow would be Green's opposite.
I'm just guessing...but it seems logical. *shrug*

Well I no that the opposite of blue is orange, red is green, and yellow is purple but did u no that when u mix yellow and black together it makes olive.

the opposite color is the color you would find opposite your original color on the color wheel. Imagine a disk with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple on it. Directly opposite red is green. Directly opposite orange is blue. directly opposite yellow is purple. Opposite colors are also called "complimentary colors." blue , red, and yellow are the prime colours and you can deside what the opposites are yourself cos i dont think i have ever heard this of these colours. so congratulations you are the first ever in human history to ask this Yahoo!!!!
