Your mouse is probably shaped funny and it makes your hand uncomfortable. Check out some of the higher-end mice at Best Buy or your local electronics store and see if they have any ergonomically designed mice. First thing I do when I get a new computer is to toss the crappy standard mouse that's included and plug in my nice mouse.
Do you have the same problem with your keyboard? It might be the height of your desk in relation to your hands. Personally, I have to have my chair at a certain height, or else my fingers and wrists cramp when I use the computer.

the mouse is infra red, no xrays, ur fine, maybe you just have carpel tunnel syndrome
