What would you do when you have a boifriend that treats you right but your particular friend don't like him, because you usually have the terriblest relationship, and this is your first good one?

i had the same problem...my friends usually called me desperate and stuff, and my first attempt at a real relationship and they all hate him. well, it was because they are protecting me, they don't want me to get hurt and stuff. but they're probably just protecting you, because they don't want you to get hurt again, just address them, ask them, "why do you hate ____??" and if they say they don't....then say "well then why do you act so angry around him??" and then if they don't really admit anything, ask them if they're protecting you I had to do that, and then my friends smartened up, but they're still protective...lol :) good luck, don't be too hard on your friends, ur gurls are for life, guys can just be w/e....lol :)

just be careful in the relationship and look at all sides of the story. it may be true that the guy will hut, or he may truly love you. look at all the angles and judge for yourself. its when youre close-minded about what you believe that you are vulnerable. enjoy your relatinoship, but it would be terrible if you dont learn from the past ones that went wrong. ultimately its up to you to make the judgement about what you want. but look at the facts and dont act as if the facts arent there. then look at your heart, and follow your instincts. its the best way to make the right decision

A True Friend always love to a Friend what they love for themselves and I do not think that your friend has the right to decides on what sort of Relationship you have not matter how close she is , That is your right =)
and If your happy with this guy then do not rowan this relation ship . and she must learn to cope with it

Well your friend just seems to be jealous that you are finally in a realtionship that you are happy..she/he might be feeling that you aren't going to need them anymore for support or to talk to when your relationship goes down...Friends are like that...if you really like this guy and you love your friend and they both love you then they will learn to get along for your sake..what your friend needs to realize is that everyone you met she's not going to like, and hse's going to have to deal with it...I am sure that you are not going ot like all the ones that she dates either.shes jsut jealous tha'ts all and don't like the fact taht you are finally happy in a relationship.

The only reason why your "friend" would not like your boyfriend that treats you good is the fact that he/she is jealous of your relationship. My friiend doesn't like my boyfriend because she says that I never have time for her anymore now that I'm with him.

Beautiful, this may sound very harsh but it high time you called it quit with that your "so called" friend. She's becoming jealous cos of your happiness. I won't be surprised if I later hear that she wants your man too. Think and act wisely. Cheers!!!

Your friends dont HAVE to like your boyfriend and vice versa. Keep the relationships separate and move on.

If you are happy with your newb/f then stick with him, maybe friend is jealous, try to make separate time for your friend and boyfriend, so they both still get to see you, but don't let friend come between you and your b/f.

I would find out why your friend doesn’t like him. Could it because she wants to find a guy that treats her as well as your treats you.
