Use KBS RustSeal. http://www.kbs-coatings.com/Rust-Sealer-C27.aspx
You can also use the NuMetal to patch the hole. http://www.kbs-coatings.com/Epoxy-Putty-C36.aspx
Make sure you treat the rust with the RustSeal. If you do not, it will continue to rust.

several ways to go about this....i would look at a wrecking yard and try and replace the door with a non-rust door.
if you dint want to do that....purchase the door. Take a marker and mark a section if the door that matches the area of rust on you door. Cut out both areas, on each door. using a hand cutting wheel, cut out the rusted area....cut it a little larger thank the rust.
if you do not have access to a wire welder....take the section to be welded to your local muffler shop and slip on of the shop techs a $20 and ask him to spot weld the section.
once pack at your house....or wherever you are working, use the Bondo or body filler. cover the entire new section and let harden. then using a sanding block....coarse paper...sand off most of the filler....then work down to a finer paper until smooth. If you are not concerned with the paint...or matching...shoot some primer over it and call it a day.
Do Not use body filler over any rust.....it will continue to grow....it ALL must be removed.
hope this helps.

Everybody knows that IPL is a center of match fixing and corruption. So there should not be any shock by latest spot fixing scandal and Sreesanth or two other cricketers are not isolated case. What will you say about a big no ball by RP Singh or three catches dropped by Pollord in a row. Why, even in yesterday's match between Rajasthan and Hyderabad, players of Rajasthan did not go for run out appeal in a clear run out. IPL is all about vulgar money. We audience have our daily fix of cricket-entertainment. Not only there is spot fixing but also matches are scripted and it is pre decided which teams are going to play off round and which team is going to win the trophy.

OK: few ways to do this... Sand the location down to the bare metal. If you have access (and knowledge) use a welder and tack in a piece of sheet metal. Grind it down so it is close to smooth, then apply bondo to fill any low spots, sand with 200 then 400, up to 1000 sandpaper. Repeat until smooth. Repaint, and sand with 1000 WETsand paper, then up through 1500 sandpaper.
Another way (not recommended) fill the hole with bondo only and sand it down using the steps above.

Sand it, bondo, sand it more, and repaint. Depending on the type of car, the paint can be color matched exactly by a professional paint shop. You could also take it to any body repair shop.
Oh yea, stay out of the ghetto!
