what is the best for me to get master in telecommunication engineering or master in buisness administration ?

I am fresh graduate having Bs.c in electronic and communication engineering.I have no years of experience as an engineering so after ill get the master can i work as a maneger if i take MBa or taking the telecommunication master is the best to work as a technical.

You could do a double degree, but if you really like the technical aspect of telecommunications then I would say go for the engineering masters. This will allow you to gain more leverage in your field and become more knowledgeable about telecom practices, tools and techniques. MBA degrees are very general and they are usually not an advantage for people with no previous work experience since employers are looking for managers with technical and people experience. I would say take your time and do a couple of internships or get a temporary job before you decide which path to choose.
