Possibly adding 1 and dividing it by 71? So that your equation now reads, [(71-1)(71+1)+1] / 71 = 71.

Given: (7l - l)*(7l + l) = 7l
Change it to:
(7l - l)*(7l + l) = (7l)² - 1

(or)

(7l - l)*(7l + l) = 5040
