Ok well i know him through my best friend, her brother is best friends with him and thats how we know eachother... we sometimes chat on the computer, but he doesnt know that i like him. He's seen my picture before and he told my bff's brother that i was "alright" And on halloween i was sick so i couldnt go 'trick or treating' with them and he asked where i was. But i dont know if that is a sign of him liking me! please give me some advice!

I know it's probably what you want to hear the least, but you need to talk to him directly. Tell him how you feel. Isn't that preferable to finding out 5 years later that he liked you and you never said anything?
By the time i finished high school, i had found out that about 6 girls had crushes on me, but since i never said anything, nothing happened...don't make my mistake! :)

hey girl. i am 15 and i know waht yer goin thu! but the only thing he can say is no, and if he says that than tell him when he is ready if he can hit u up! cause if the boy likes you hell say yea, but if he says let me think about it, he likes u but he dosnt want to let everyone know, so talk to him and tell him u been liking him for however the time has been, if u need more assistance message me! good luck

You need to spend some more time with him, let him get to know you, cuz it seems like right now, looks aren't getting you very far.
Let him see your fun personality.
But right now, from what you said, it seems like he doesn't like you.
