The banner response tells me it's not just Republicans here in the states that didn't get Kerry's joke. Maybe Kerry needs to work with Al Franken to learn how to get the punch line right. Or maybe he just needs to tell everyone ahead of time this is a joke. Or it could be Kerry is the real joke.
