The Liberals, The Democratic party, and the "Drive By" media are certainly going to try to make it so. It is in their best interest for this story to just "Go away!" ASAP.

It reminds me of the scene in Star Wars, where Obi-Wan uses the Jedi mind-trick on the imperial guards outside of the spaceport/Catina.....(Obi-wan) "These are not the droids you're looking for!".....(Guard) "These are not the droids We're looking for!"

Had this been something uttered by a Conservative party member, we wouldn't hear the end of it........................

{sarcastic mode} But there's NO media bias....or anything.... {/sarcastic mode}

No way! This time Kerry has really shown his hatred of the Armed Forces is deep-rooted and has continued for years. If his recent statement was supposed to be a joke, what exactly was the joke? The "joke" is John Kerry himself. Those who voted for him must really feel stupid. The man is dead meat now. He is finished as a politician. Probably even Teresa will dump him.

The story will never really go away.

Unfortunately, no. John Kerry's history of being anti-military and his really mindless arrogance have sunk his political career. You cannot pretend to be a supporter of the troops and have a track record of voting against funding them and then make idiotic remarks that reveal an elitist attitude toward those who fight to give you the right to make the remarks.

No, it is not a one day story. Must be a slow news week. It's lasted for 3 or so days now. They're juicing it for all its worth. Plus with elections coming up, it makes for an interesting response from all candidates.

Well, I understood he canceled appearances for other Democratic candidates for fear of tainting them and swaying the Democrat-hoped-for turnover in Congress.

I think it is nonsense, but then, I think Kerry is nonsense, and don't take anything he says seriously, anyhow.

It is funny that when a Republican screws up it stays a scandal for weeks, but if a Democrat screws up the media makes excuses and tries to avert attention.

Nope, don't look like it will, leave it to Kerry to shoot himself and his party in the foot.
Well...I guess now you can probably guess how the military services members will cast their overseas absentee ballot votes next week

Of course - the liberal media wants to stop talking about it as fast as they can in hopes that people will just forget about it with the election being just next week.

The joke will be on him, if anyone proves that he was wrong. That indeed, most troops were high achievers, and graduated with honors.

Looks like nobody has taken the challenge...
