Well the majority of people on here will tell you to keep it. I say do whatever works best for you and your girlfriend. No one can judge your situation because no one is in your shoes.

Please give some thought to adoption. My youngest daughter is an adopted child thanks to this loving decision.
An abortion is not the answer. It may seem like the quick, easy way out (especially for you) but it just makes you the parents of a dead baby. Already that baby has a heartbeat, there is blood flowing in its tiny veins and a brain is developing.
You may change your mind by the time the baby is born and if you do that it would be fine.
You increase your options by waiting. If you go ahead with an abortion you can never fix it, you can never make it right.
If you continue the pregnancy you can either enrich the lives of a loving couple immeasurably or you can have the baby and become a family yourselves. Both of those options are preferable to abortion. Remember, there is no such thing as a safe abortion, it ends up with a dead baby every time.
Please take the time to really think this through.
If I can be of any help tp your girlfriend please ask her to write to me. I have worked in pregnancy counseling for many years.
Take care of each other, all three of you.
Love and Blessings
Lady T~

Remember that you are going to be making a decision that is affecting a real living human being. You should look up some pregnancy sites to see what is actually going on with the baby at 1 month.
My suggestion would be to take some responsibility and have the baby. If you both really don't want to take care of a baby put it up for adoption...there are plenty of couples who are waiting to adopt.

You have three options:
1) Abortion.
2) Have the baby and keep it.
3) Have the baby and give it up for adoption.

Only the two of you can decide what is the right choice for you. And you do have to decide: it is extremely difficult to obtain an abortion after 3 months gestation, and if you aren't going to end the pregnancy, she needs to start getting prenatal care ASAP. If money is an issue, go to a local Planned Parenthood and talk to a counselor. They will help her make the right decision.

Best way would be to buckle up and get married, and make a home for the child. Second best would be to help your girl while she is pregnant, and send her money to support the child afterwords. Third best would be to give the child up for adoption. But don't count on your girlfriend wanting anything to do with you afterwords if you go that route or further down the priority list. Since we all know what lies at the bottom of the list, I won't bother to mention it, except to say that she will probably regret it for the rest of her life, even if you are too hard-hearted yourself to care.

I have to say that I think that you should really think about puuting the baby up for adoption. Like the other people have even said there are couples out there that can never have a child and adoption is there only hope to have a child I know that for a fact because me and my husband have tried to have a child for over 5 years now and we found out that we can never have a child of our own at all so we will never know how it would feel to be parents or know what it would be like to be parents at all. Who knows you and your girlfriend might be ANGELS sent fro God to give me and my husband the chance to know and feel what it would be like to actually be parents and know and feel what everyone else that is able to have children get to feel when they have their children. If you or your girlfriend ever need to talk to someone don't hesitate to contcat me you can e-mail me at kitten16_18@yahoo.com or on Yahoo Messenger my screen name is kitten16_18 you two can contcat me anytime day or night I will always be here if you two ever need someone to talk to.

You have two options dude! The cowards way out (Abortion) Or raise the child, and maybe even get married.

Sometimes a baby changes your life for the better. It's a huge decision and nobody can make it but the both of you. Things happen for a reason. If you weren't ready to have one then you should have been prepared during sex. You sound young discuss this with your parents they may help or have options for you but they cannot make this decision. good luck

Well if she is pregnant you should keep the baby. You had the sex, know deal with the consequences. I dont mean to be harsh but that's part of life. Know if you are both young put it up for adoption or let family member take care of it.

I think you should give it up for adoption if you don't want it. Because there are plenty of people who want children and can't even have them and would love to adopt the baby and take care of it.
