I keep getting pop ups from seek 99 and others i have Norton Spy ware scan and others?

when i am on a page or looking at an email the pop ups will come on and knock my page off.I have the pop up blocker on but i can,t stop the pop ups. they are from Seek99 and others please help i am going nuts over this

I would download a free spyware tool from microsoft and see if that will get rid of them.

The popups may be the result of bad programs installed on your computer, commonly called "spyware". Two free programs will solve your problems. They are free and widely used on the internet.

why do people think norton is good....? i have heard so many bad reports about it. this is only my opinion but panda antivirus is far superior to norton and seems to detect many many more virus definitions, i have never had any problems with panda

go update your antivirus and antispyware run them in safe mode
it should get rid of it
