I've been fighting endometriosis for years. Was on all sorts of hormonal control (the pill/the shot/the patch) they mess me up emotionally and make it mostly not worth it, the shot made me gain 35 lbs I haven't been able to lose in 3 years. I had surgery and it provided me with 11 months of reprieve, but now it's back and I'm in a lot of pain and having to do the pill again and it's making me an emotional wreck. Has anyone had any luck with natural ways to fight endo? (ie. herbs, vitamins, diet, exercise, etc.) If so, please explain what you did to minimize or completely control the endo. Please only women with personal experience respond. Thank you.

Hi I knowI am not a woman but my wife has had it. She was dealing with it ever since she first started her period but did nto knwo it and was put on the pill to control it. When we got married it intensified and got ten times worse, sex was out fo the question, rough honeymoon. Anyway she did the Lupron and it did the same to her as it seems to have to you, nothing. She was a wreck and it still was there. She did surgery and it helped for about 2 months. HErs was stage 4. The doc was offereing a hystorectomy but we ha just married and wanted kids but not now. She found a chiropracter that practiced applied kiniseology. It was kinda crazy but it worked. She had her on all these "potions" to support her body and did alot fo work with her more emotional than physical. Not sure what happened or how it worked but she has been Endo free for 8 yrs, zero pain. Still struggling with the weight gain but now we can blame it on two wonderful kids. Find a doc in your area that practices applied kinesiology, usually a chiropractor. Sounds crazy I know but it worked a miracle for us. All the pointion and tinctures and emotioanl counseling she did for my wife was on top of the world when it was over.

well I dont have it but my mother does and she avoids birth control pills as they dont seem to help. She has tried herbal supplements, exercise, etc and none of that helped either. She had surgery ten years ago (thats how long it should be effective for) and didnt have any pain until one year ago. Now during her periods she takes midol and is going in a couple months to have the surgery again. Good luck
