are there any video games that someone with one hand can play?
For Xbox, PS, gameboy, etc...
if the person is disabled and only can use one hand?

You are probably better off getting games for a computer. Then you could get a multi-button mouse ( a quick search found this one http://www.supergooddeal.com/A4Tech_Advanced_Multi_Button_Wired_Optical_Mouse_S_p/swop-80.htm)

Usually with the multi-button mouse, you can program the extra buttons on the mouse to do things that the keyboard would normally do. You could probably mimick everything you needed to do to play a game on the mouse.

have you looked into strategy titles? There are a number of great games that have no time restriction, that just require the player to intelligently plot a course of action. In fact, the Nintendo DS's stylus allows you to do it with one hand (through use of the stylus.)

Check out Advance Wars: Dual Strike. It's a lot of fun.
For a challenging puzzle game, look for: Trauma Center: Under the Knife.
In addition, there are a number of other DS titles that a handicapped person could play with ease, it's a really innovative system.

no not really, but with the new Wii thats coming out there are a lot of games that only require one hand. There should be some PC games u could play with one hand though i cant think of any off the top of my head.

there is advance wars 1, 2, (gba) and dual strike (ds)
there is also final fantasy tactics advance(gba)
