I'm guessing No, simply because there are only 2 other lead females, and of them only Claire is a 'Super'. chances are that her ex caused her to pass out by holding her Bronchial tubes shut. she will wake up early in next episode

There's no way she's dead. They've spent too much time on developing her character, and she obviously fits into the bigger picture. Never fear, Niki (and her mirror image, ikiN) will return.
