I have so much to do today. For some reason my vutt is stuck to the chair in fron of the computer.

Dragon doesn't know why you would want to leave. Dragon is also unsure what a "vutt" is. Dragon would like one, though please.
Dragon always turns the computer off when she needs to leave it alone. Then she has to go through so many more steps to get back to the internet, that she'll just do the stuff she needs to.

If anyone on here knew, we'd tear ourselves away from it, too. I think I'll do with my computer what I've done with my tv - put it in a cabinet that can be closed, so that I don't see it when I come in the room. Outta sight, outta mind.

Go outside ,go for walks it is a disgusting habit to sit on the computer all day go out side with friends make a scheduale

try to stand up and type and answer or try to move the chair and kneel infront of the computer to do this. that will make you want to move more
