I always used to get the cramps minutes before I started, does anyone know what this could be. I am in my mid twenties and have had no pregnancies

thats normal, don't get alarmed.everytime something happens differently does not indicate you are pregnant either. just mother nature decided to act different this month.

well....first off call your OB/GYN doctor...any obnormalities in your body could be caused by anything that may have changed in your life. This could be because of diet, sleep, stress....anything. If you are experiencing terrible cramps, or heavy bleeding, you might want to look into the topic of endometriosis....it effects women as young as twenty.....but whatever you do, just make sure to let your doctor know....hope this helps!

This is perfectly normal and helpful too. I changed to the same pattern and it helped me remember what was coming. It is much better then finding out at the last minute. Watch for mood changes too. You can actually be a better person if you realize your hormones are making you short with people. You can prepare yourself to hold your tongue too.

That's ovulation, the egg being released due to hormonal changes. It's normal for some people to have cramps then.

This is not unusual but since it is a change in your norm be sure to mention it to your doctor at your yearly physical so they can make note of it on your chart for future reference.
