My daughter had a pap come back bad, so they then took a byopsy.
Now they tell us that she needs to freeze her cervix to kill any bad cells.

Cryosurgery or cryotherapy involves using liquid nitrogen flowing through small metal probes which cover the areas of abnormal (bad) cells. This freezes and destroys the cells. It is pretty minor, as surgeries go... it has very few complications, is done very quickly in the doctor's office, does not require general anaesthesia, and is very effective.

It is called "cryotherapy", and it freezes off bad cells. It is painless, with the exception of cramps. It is normally used for people who have a HPV
