Check to see if you can ping any sites.

- Start Button -> Run -> type in "command" (without the quotes) & hit ENTER

- Type "ping dslreports.com" (without the quotes) and hit ENTER

- Record the results

- Type "ping 209.123.109.175" (no quotes) & hit ENTER

- Record the results

If you were able to ping using the number in the 2nd test, but not with the address (dslreports.com) in the 1st test...there's a problem with your DNS, and we can go from there.

If you weren't able to ping either of them, try "ping 127.0.0.1". If that doesn't work, then there's a problem with your network itself.

Are you runnng a firewall software? If so, take a look at your settings. You may have it set in a way where all pages are blocked.

If you have verizon dsl or any other kind of service... you may need to call them up and talk to them about resetting your modem.
