Well first you need to contact harrison ford...invite him over to your city in the clouds house and trick him into sitting in a carbonite chamber...i would suggest giving him some alcohol or something like that...maybe turkey it makes people tired...then simply close the door and bada bing bada boom...instant han solo in carbonite!

I could be totally wrong here..... but I don't believe there is any such thing as the "carbonite" of the Star Wars universe in OUR universe...
As such... you cannot do it.
The original prop is still out there though, and I'm sure if you could track it down, you could convince the owner to part with it for a few million of your local currency.
Alternatively... may I recommend getting a LOT of pewter... and learning to... well... shape it...

I guess you could get pottery clay and sculpt it and paint it but that would take a lot ot talent and time and money
