No water does not kill sperm. If it did all you would have to do for birth control is have sex in water. Sperm live up to 2 days inside the female body after ejaculation. Outside of the body it survives several hours. Good health.

Sperm is uniquely designed to survive in the cervix and fallopian tubes of the woman, about 48 hours , perhaps longer. They survive in the man's body 90 days. Since women's ova's life span is about four days, sexual intercourse two days to one day before ovulation and within three days after ovulation can cause a pregnancy.

If you are asking a question about a water douche after intercourse, the douche would not "clean out" the sperm in the fallopian tubes, where conception occurs.

If spermatozoa is healthy and move in a suitable environment it even can live 3 days!
Water itself isn't a risk but it depends from temperature and other biological factors, of course.
