i know that according to some utd sites that remi moses was the first to score for utd,but as for the first black player to play a first team game, i suspect that laurie cunningham was. any opinions.

Remi Moses as he joined Man Utd from WBA in 1981

Laurie Cunningham played for Man Utd on loan from Real Madrid in 1983, scoring one goal.

Viv Anderson only signed for Man Utd from Arsenal in 1987-88

It was Viv Anderson whom if i am correct signed fron Nottingham Forest in 1980 he was also the first black player to play for the england senior team.
