We have had an actor (Reagen), a football player (Ford), a sports team owner (Bush 2), a peanut farmer (Carter), so why not a former NBA player. That is not an issue.

Now whether I would want Charles Barkley as president is another issue.... Let me think about that for a while....

I would never vote for ANY sports figure as President. They do not have the integrity or moral character necessary. So they can shoot a ball through a basket, or hit a ball with a bat, or drive a race car very fast, does that give them the perspective they need to guide a country through turbulent times such as this? I say NO!!

Well, he'd HAVE TO BE a better choice than Hillary Rottweiler Clinton. Or Obaman Lamma. But, I think Barley is a Demorat, so no.

white black, blue with green stripes, whatever. they know jack sh t about politics. they were good or great in their sport, if they've retired, then do it quietly and stay the @#$@#$ out of the news. retire with dignity and dont keep chasing the lime light, you had your shot now go away.

He seems to me to be rude and violent from watching his conduct. Listening to him speak, he seems to be uneducated.
