A black hole has entropy proportional to the size of its event horizon:

S = kA/4l^2

k = Boltzman constant, A = area, l = PLank length

This is also the maximum amount of entropy that can be contained in a volume bounded by area A, so a black hole has the most entropy it is possible for anythingto have.

A black hole doesn't have zero entropy.
It has been shown that black holes will eventually dissipate.
