1. Leave him.
2. Don't sign a joint tax return with him (or you can be held jointly liable for income tax on the proceeds of his thefts)
3. Get out of town.
4. Depending on the state or jurisdiction, you may not be able to testify against him. That should not be your priority. Get safe.

You have already received much good advice. You need to call the police and give them the information you have about your husbands doings. This is the best thing for him as well as for you. If you know about these crimes, and as his wife benefit from them, and don't advice the authorities, you will be held as an accessorty to the crime and go to jail along with him. For your sake, and his, you need to put a stop to his illegal activities and then get far away because he might harbor a violent grudge against you for turning him in.

Your husband needs a real job. You need to give him an ultimatum. Its either robbery or me. He has to see it like this. When he gets caught, you are the one whose going to have to go visit him in jail, give him commissary, basically take over all the bills you two have financially. And if you have kids, its even worse. It's unfair to you b/c although you're not the one doing these crimes, you will basically have to pay for it also. It's a headache and you should tell him "Either you stop or when you end up serving time, I'm not going to be there for you."

You need to turn him in or be faced with an "accessory after the fact" or "accessory to the crime" charge, I believe.
Call your local police station from a pay phone and ask.
If you don't YOU'LL need an attorney (costly) to defend you. If you have kids, that takes away money from them. You need to provide a good role model for them. You should also call a women's shelter for advice, if your husband is using a gun to steal he's also likely to threaten you or punish you with it.
(If I have provided the information that you need, please choose it to end the discussion and rate it. Thank you ! )
