Easy at home if you use sugar..
you can find on the internet the way to prepare.. and then easy to remove in the shower compare to wax that sticks..
It only takes a few minutes of preparation and it is cheap...

for home removal - I recommend either sugar waxing - if you can take the discomfort, or buy a mens' body hair trimmer. they come with attachments which are tailored for the longer hairs on the chest. Invest in a good trimmer & use if often.

also use cold wAX OR SUGAR WAX . iT WORKS WELL, TOO.
