Are you flossing with your tampon string again?

Your period should have nothing to do with your gums bleeding while flossing. One does not affect the other in that regard.

I went to the dentist a couple of weeks ago and after the cleaning I was bleeding alot and had alot of sorness. He told me it was because I was menstruating and that its common for that to happen at that time. All is normal.
