MLB players are playing in Japan as part of the All Star Japan Tour, playing against the Yomiuri Giants and the Nippon Professional Baseball team for 7 games in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka. The MLB all-stars are playing a 5 game series against the Japanese League all-stars. They do it every year. I know Andrew Jones, David Wright, Ryan Howard, Chris Young are among those players on the team. You can probably find out more info on the roster at mlb.com.
