on the IE menu bar above left click tools, then left click internet options. Click clear history button toward the bottom of that dialog box.

Go to history and right click on the name you want to erase,
Ex. If you went on yahoo, click on history and then right click on the yahoo name and click on delete

go for tools in your internet explorer then click internet options it will open click on clear history at same time clear cookies too or u could be found out which site u visited

Up in your toolbar, you click on tools then in the drop down menu you click on internet options, in there you will see delete history, click on that, poof...history gone.

If your are using IE 6, while you have your web browser open, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, GENERAL TAB, and click on the CLEAR HISTORY button.

go to tools on your desktop and click the option " delete history". Recheck in favorite option, if any undesired item has been left undeleted. your job is done.
