LISTEN TO ME!!! I swear I know what I am talking about! Just went through this myslef. Doctor recommended Fenugreek supplement, 3 pills 3 times a day (total 9 per day). My milk supply went significantly up. To the point that after a week I stopped taking it and my supply is still up. Only bad thing... you start to smell like maple syrup - swear to god!!! It works. My doctor said there is actual scientific evidence to support that supplemetn, it isn't just hippy earthy stuff.

Babies are the best milk extractors. My son favored one so I had kinda the same problem. But just try to massage while the baby eats, you eat consistently-at the same time every day, drink water, stay away from salty food and let the baby nurse as long as you can on that side. It wont stay like that forever. The more milk extracted the more u will make. Good luck!

hey! i nursed my daughter for a solid year .. it was tough .. i know what i did i am not sure if it will help you . but i am willingly to share ... i made sure i swithed breasts each time i nursed .. and pumped milk when she was asleep ... pumping is not very comftorable , but if u wish on pursuing nursing u should at least try to pump ... and also try massaging your breasts , bc they some times get hard and uncomftorable . hope u try this and that it helps .~a friend

you can try to pump after each feeding for about 10 or 15 minutes.

actually you should nurse more often with your child. the more he sucks on your breasts the more milk you will make. his salivia mixes with chemicals inside your breast and tells it to make more milk because the baby is suckling more often. so just let him suckle away!
