thats naughty but i sympathise,we have two noisy dogs in our street,their owners are out all day and the dogs bark constantly.

When my new next door neighbor moved in, his dogs would bark constantly. After many, many times of pounding on the wall yelling "SHUT THE HELL UP" (which never worked, it only riled them up more), I finally started talking to the neighbor, and met his dogs, now they never bark at me anymore.
Maybe you could try that, or maybe have your neighbor over and then he can hear how loud the dogs are from your house. Sometimes people don't realize how annoying something is until they're on the receiving end of it.

That is so mean, talk to the neighbours about their dog and suggest to them that they use a spray gun filled with water to spray at their dog every time it barks, not in its face though, its not cruel it was recommended to me by an ex police dog handler for our dog when we first got her and she barked at the world and his wife, if the dog continues then phone the environmental health and they will sort it out, no steak laced with laxatives please.

Phone Environmental Services, run by your local council. they will send out an officer who will monitor the noise, they can then have an order placed upon the owners, may be served with an ASBO and could possibly be evicted.
Cant they arrange to have someone walk the dog during the day? - I bet they hardly exercise it. My dog usually too tired to bark all day after a mornings run.

Send a NICE,yet stern letter to them , (or phone them up) and tell your neighbours that their dog is causing you sleepless nights and always barking...and then if they STILL do nothing about it or dont take you seriously, then threaten to have the pound come and take their dog away (or call the police for a NOISE DISTURBANCE violation)

You can speak to the local council - they give the owners so long to do something about it and if they don't the dogs are taken off them. I think they are destroyed though so make sure you can live with that on your conscience before you make the decision

Besides the dog is still ganna bark so what i would do is make the dog bite someone so they get rid of the dog. not crap all over the place.
