We are having a new roof installed on a newly purchased home, however winter has come early in our part of the country. What weather limitations do you recommend?

If you are putting down asphalt shingles you run the risk of not having them seal down right if it's cold. Wood shingles or metal roofing would not be affected.

I've always preferred warm weather so that the shingles seal well but we know that contractors build houses all year long. If the roof isn't leaking,,I'd wait until spring. :-)=
