that's one theory.a black hole was the result of the big bang in every universe.it eventually swallowed other black holes to expand the universe.every known universe has a black hole in the center.if they become active they could destroy the universes around them as well as the universe they reside in.this would include our own universe.

The Universe is always expanding but Black Holes and sucking
in vast quantities of star, planets and other stuff that it is leaving
large gaps in Universe some 60 light years wide.

No, it cannot have done this because black holes are known to have maximal entropy and the big bang is known to have had very low entropy.
