Just disregard the comments On the top,its OK,but they are half right if you want people to answer your questions then you should write your question with a more understood English vocabulary.OK now to the FASHION!!!!!
OK now if your under the age of 16,(this is so your aren't will approve,and you'll still look cute with their approval)then i suggest that you wear a cute long fitted shirt with some cute flat shoes and if the shirt is plain then wear a long beaded/bulky necklace,and some bangles,but some stud earrings.I would suggest that you wear you hair in a low side ponytail(by your neck),so your earring will show,and you wont look pain with a regular ponytail.Now if your over the age of 16,then you should wear them with a cute mini dress(with bright colors) with bangles and some dangle earrings(no necklace unless the dress doesn't have any prints on it,but try to find a dress with prints),and some cute heels.Wear your hair down and flowing.You'll look casual enough to go out to the movies,and dressy enough to go out and get something to eat.

I'd say wear a grey knit jersey dress and nip in the waist with a red belt. You know the patent leather ones. Then you can paint your nails the same red. Wear either heels or balet pumps with it. Either red or black. And you could even wear some quirky red earrings. Then make your eyes smoky and keep your lip-gloss pale. OOH! And some red beads.That would look sooooooo gorgeous. Don't wear trainers with it. Or a casual top.You have to dress up leggings you can't just wear your normal top. It has to match. And Red and grey are rlly fashionable right now. Or you could go monochrome. I have an outfit like that. it's gorjus!

Don't worry about those comments on your grammar, I am pretty sure that they all understand what you are saying.
Anyways I think you should wear the black leggings but with a cool colour such as baby pink or soft green and remember to accessorize. (belts,earrings, etc)
I also recommend that you wear stilettos to achieve your sexy look for your "HOTTTT" date.

Leggings and their grown-up sister footless tights are still very on trend. Where with grey or animal print to be proper fashion.
