No a person should not be respected just because they are old nor should they be excused just because they are too young to know any better!

depends on who it is but you should always show respect to old people cuz it's their last years and they want to make it the best years but if you hate the person cus at him/her until he/she has a heart attack and that's when you realize "oh so she/he did have a heart"
