I told her I was moving back to Michigan from NC and she told me I needed to stay here for the boys 16 and 17. I sold my house now she is letting me stay with her. The past two weekends we have gone out dancing, dinner and a movie. And we have been kissing a little here and there. But she acts like there is nothing between us. Is she messing with my head again? She said we will talk, but I am still waiting.

Maybe she is confused and doesn't know what she wants either! Emotions are crazy. Try to be patient and be a good guy. If she doesn't respond in a week ask her again gently at the right time!

It is possible, but take it slow. It may be that she needs to examine her own feelings and see if you have both grown enough to have a better understanding as to why your relationship failed the first time. She could be watching for changes, or to see if you will both fall back in to the old habits that caused your marriage to breakup. It sounds like you both are testing the waters, so don't be in a hurry, sometimes when you push someone it only causes them to back away. Try working on good communication and let her know that she has time and you will be patient with her.

she probally is hurt you are leaving but if you sold your house and are wanting to movei on dont let her get in your way stepping back to something that was not that great over the years can be a mistake escipallly if you are trying to finally move forward with your self if she says there is nothing between youabut just kisses you mabey she is just lonely and knows you still care and it feels nice but she could be just head gaming it look to the future where do you want to be in your life with her un happy or with a new woman who can make you happy and full of life you will still love your boys and help with them though good luck

Sounds to me like your ex-wife is messing with you. If there hasn't been any talking about the situation there probably won't be unless you push the issue. She sounds like someone who is just going to take advantage of the fact that you are available and so is she. No strings and she knows your history...so no worries. I think getting out asap would be good for you and your peace of mind. Good luck!

She sounds like she is having trouble moving on... And letting you move on...

If your boys are 16 & 17, do you really need to be there for them??? THEY ARE VERY NEARLY MEN!!!

Best to get out of there, especially if you have plans already to be sorted out...

She is an ex for a reason... Remember that reason!!!

be upfront, ask her to be truthful, tell her you might consider staying if theres a reason, but if there isn't than u need to continue on your path to happiness, and a future.tell her what is in your heart,be crystal clear about it, and wait for her response.

she wants you around for the sake of your children, and will play mind games with you as long as she feels she can get what she wants. her actions are designed to string you along and keep you where you are. your boys are old enough to understand what you are doing. get on with your life

Sorry to tell you this but...............If she has not taken you home, slammed you against the wall, kissing you wild and passionately the whole time and ripping your clothes off of you like a wild animal................She doesn't want you back!

Don't let her sidetrack you. It sounds like she isn't really serious about your relationship. Move and send her a postcard.
