I'm a 14 year old girl trying to make it as a model. I have a great personality but some people say im a brat(and i can be somtimes) We will just say i have a good attitude and i love having my pictures taken and looking cute. But im afraid my best friend will laugh if i tell her im kind of a model and trying to make it into the model industry. Do you have any suggestions like should i tell her or not?

Why not tell her? If she is really your friend she will support you in whatever you chose to do.

What does it matter what everyone else thinks. Do you want to be a model? It's a very hard line of work to get into and you have to be very disciplined. If you have the determination to be a model then you shouldn't be afraid to tell anyone. If you aren't going to stick with it, then you shouldn't because you'll look flaky. BTW, your attitude is everything. If you are a brat, no one will work with you because they can get someone just like you who is better to work with.

Well being a model for Favor Magazine (like Vogue) and doing photoshots for catalogues, abercrombie and fitch, hollister, and have acting in documentories and short films... all of my friends know. Im 20 and love modeling for the same reason you do. Im a typical bag guy. Bag guy is the face on abercrombie bags, and I love it. Im sure your beautiful and has a good attitude but we need that. We are in control of photoshoots and agencies. I think you should tell them because it will show a better side of you. Well, good luck! If you need any pointers, let me know. To be honest with you, what you do with your personal life is no one's business; but if you wish to share that information with your friend go ahead; I do hope she's not the jealous type or you may have created an ex-best friend. Good Luck with your modeling and never give up on your dream.

taking pictures of ur own might be a start of a model career but making ownself look cute in a picture sounded more like a brat..
u shud look a little bit stylish and elegantic... no offence.. but really think so.. u shud tell her coz she's ur best fren.. she wouldnt laugh at ur hobbies or ambitions...

if she is your best friend she will be supportive. If she isn't your best friend really, then she will make fun of you..

It's your life anyways, when you become a famous model you will have other model friends who will have the same views as you.

Just stay away from the coke and heroine and you'll be ok..!

Good luck cutie..!!

ah..u should tell her.. well.. she's your best friend..
she should be supporting you..
maybe she'll laugh for a minute or two but later she'll be fine with it..
just playing around perhaps..
i have friends that they laugh at me when i tell them i wanted to join a singing competition.. i felt stupid at first..
but when i really got up the stage...
they were there...
cheering for me like crap... supporting me..
having banners with my name or not.. they are like so excited and kind over did those stuffs.. but
sadly i didnt win.. hahaha..
but... they're pretty cool..

You should be confident about what you do, and tell her if she is your best friend...and if she laughs then you don't need her to hang around you too much.

It's your life. If she doesn't accept that you model, then go find other friends.

why would you bother?

be a trend setter and they will follow and look up to you!
Good luck with the career!
