Shock factor - seems that members of our society today seek out, feed upon, and relish learning about aberrant behaviors of their fellow humans. At YA, there is anonymity, which creates a feeling of 'safety' --- it's ok to think, say, and imagine whatever - within the community guidelines, of course. . . those who come here to 'play' - can contribute to a cesspool location, OR, keep this neighborhood clean and safe for all. . .

Your previous post (andswers to which I consider sharing intimate details of one's private life) may have been better categorized/postioned in the section where such behaviors are chosen for input [gay, etc]. . .and - I was reported for 'insulting participants' (which was in no way my intention) by saying that the material in your question was a 'waste of mentality' . . . so be it, questioner - if the truth hurts? it should.

What if some people wanted to use this as a way to actually meet people. Would that be so bad? Maybe people feel that they would rather be honest and share more openly than others.
I'd like to actaully meet some one through here. It would be interesting. Intimate details are no different than 'non' intimate details. Let people share what and how they want.

a) personal to share with your mom
b) intense to share with your best friend
c) scary to share with yourself at the mirror
d) confusing/ secretive/ borderline to share with someone you ACTUALLY know who could judge you and think you a nut.
