The falls span both the American and Canadian side of the border. If you stay on the American side you should have no problem. Go to the Canadian side and your entering Canada. You should be able to walk (drive) across but I'm not sure about your non-immigration. status. Anyway, the visa is not a Niagara visa it is a tourist visa to enter Canada. There are different time periods for these. If you really want to see the falls stay on the American side and you should have no problem. Enjoy she's pretty.

Niagra Falls is in upstate New York bordering Canada, you do not have to leave the US to see it. Just fly into Buffallo or a closer city and drive from there. I hear its not as pretty from the US side but you will be able to see the falls without leaving the US.
Good luck

lol...its easy to go visit, but when you leave to come back...that is the problem.
For you to visit - its half in Canada, half in America. Thus going in to visit is easy...but coming back into America...is much more difficult.
For the record, check with your embassy, because of the US homeland security is causing laws to change as I am writing this!
Off the record, bring copies with you in a folder of everything that proves you are YOU! Everything! Because if they suspect you and you don't have the paperwork on you, they will not allow you back into the states.

One side of the falls is in Canada, the other side in the United States. Just stay on the U.S. side.
