You have to talk with this person and let them know that what they are doing is hurting you. Tell them that you would like to work it out by maybe seeking counseling. If they are not willing to work on it, you need to leave. Emotional and mental abusive are just that...abuse. Good Luck.

forgiveness is the first step towards healing.

most situations require you to forgive yourself or someone else ... other steps include a time of being angry, sometimes a time of denial ... then somehow ... one day in the future , you wake up and it is gone. the pain is not there any more.

thats when you know you are really over it.

when it comes to the death of a child, it never goes away, but time does help you to cope with the situation

if you are in an abusive situation right now, you need to get out of the situation and go for councelling, go to you nearest Christian church, they will normally offer counselling for free

you don't. there's only one person you can ever control and that is you. if you allow this person to have the power to hurt you (by communicating with them in any way) then you give permission to keep on hurting you.
