Since you are under age, no; but you can get your parent to sue the person on your behalf...they get a lawyer, sue a John Doe and the School for defamation, then subpoena the school official and any records to divulge who said you did this. Then you amend your pleadings to change from a John Doe to the name of the person who defamed you. However, if this is another minor or student the chances of winning the suit and actually getting a judgment is unlikely since minors usually can't be held responsible for this kind of tort. If you were disciplined by the school, your parents could also sue the school on various theories, like your civil rights were violated without due process etc...That would be a more fruitful way to proceed.

You cant be told who accused you period if that person asked to remain anonymous. It doesnt matter who accused you if your not guilty of what you did cause it wont be considered slander and it isnt harrassment. It is possible that you were pinned in place of a similar looking person or by someone who you upset and saw it as a good revenge. If you are innocent than you have no fears but if you did it then you got what was coming to you.

DId you ask? And more importantly, did you do that? I think if you are innocent you have a better chance of finding out who falsey accused you; if you are guilty, you probably won't be told.

Most likely not. It is only in a court of law where one has the right to face their accusers.

If it is reported to the actual police then you have a right to know who your accuser is. If it stays with-in the school they probably will not tell you their source.

Not unless they are actually doing something about it... If they just accussed you of it then don't worry about it if they try to get you in trouble or take any legal action then you are entitled to know who it is.
