how many people know their job , but find themselves screwing up over and over at work. My job consists of me remembering lots of stuff, i seem to find myself unfocused and screwing up lots, how do most of you keep focused at work.

If you have to remember a lot of tasks in your job, I suggest you document those procedures step by step. For instance, if someone read your written procedures, they should be able to do exactly what you do in case if you weren't at work.

For me the only thing that worked was to marry the boss. Now when I screw up all I have to do is bat my eyelashes and everything is ok. Works great!

Stay possitive and pay attention to detail. Double check everything! and write things down. Lot's of sleep and eating breakfast helps a lot too. Oh and definetly VITAMINS!

don't do everything at once. prioritize. make a list of the things that you need to do. the most important should be on the top of your list. then you should be good. organizing also is a big plus on how not to mess up. good luck

try the product focus factor and see if it works for you. i have the same problems some times its just because its repeatitive work your mind just drifts away
