At the start of season 4, the animators started to use computer programs to make the special animated effects.
The closing credits of the season opener of the family guy season "Stewie Loves Lois" is an animated replication of the All in the Family end credit shot sequence, complete with the use of the actual All in the Family closing theme and scrolling credits in the show's lettering style.
