Well, there are all those shirt/sweater dresses out there now. Just make sure to get one long enough to cover everything. I saw a girl do that at the club one night. It looked good as long as she didn't move too much. Her sweater came just below her butt so she kept on tugging at it to make sure she was covered.. I would suggested something longer.

make sure the pantyhose are very very dark if u don't want people to see through your pantyhose i think that they might just look like leggies with the foot closed in might b cute

I hope ur going for the up town look wiht a top that covers ur butt, hips, and anything that would degrade u. if so maybe u would look great.

I think it would look cheap and degrading, if that's the image you want to portray, then go for it, people would assume you were a slapper, or prostitute.
