In 1992, Republicans asked whether Democratic candidate Bill Clinton could summon the moral authority to send young people to war, given the fact that he had successfully avoided military service during his youth. Today, Governor Bush must be asked whether he can summon the moral authority to send young people to prison, given the fact that he had avoided the DEA in his youth.

It is becoming increasingly clear that George Junior most likely did toot a line or two back in his halcyon days. The relevant question, then, is whether or not he believes that five or ten years in prison would have been the appropriate societal response to that use. And if not, why he believes that such treatment is appropriate for the children of fathers who were not Ambassadors to China, Directors of the CIA, Vice Presidents or Commanders-in-Chief

He reportedly got it from his now wife starting in college. A book out a couple of years ago detailed what went on. It seems Laura worked her way through college as a dealer. The word was if you needed a stash she would deliver the best in town.

As for him being drug tested. Remember he probably couldn't pass a spelling test. A drug test would be an immediate failure. Just like his administration come to think of it.

No, just voted in that is all. So if you want the country to really go to hell, Vote for all the Republicans. They have done a real good job of messing everything up so far. As far as Geo doing cocaine, I think we all make choices, he made a wrong one. So why is there no consequence? Why is this man President anyways? Oh, I almost forgot, he was selected by the Supreme Court the first time. LOL Just an American on this end.

The President is not above the law he took a oath of office to serve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, he is subject to be tested for drugs just like anyone else.

First, there is no proof, no evidence, no legitimate testimony that Bush ever used cocaine, so the whole premise of your question is bogus.

Why not stick to facts - verifiable facts - instead of some fevered anti-Bush lies and smears?

Who cares it was a long time ago. At least he had the cajones to admit it, unlike the guybefore him who couldn't tell the truth even when caught at lying.
